The Perfect Girls Weekend In Los Angeles

  After living in LA for 5 years, I often get asked for good recommendations when people are here visiting. I decided to round up a few of my favorite spots that are perfect for a girls weekend in LA . . .

Bottega Louie { Downtown LA }

Bottega Louie is a must!! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Think New York style, big & vibrant, open kitchen, french style pastel patisserie in front, white marble with gold accents. All of the food there is great! They are also opening up a new location in WeHo soon!!

Gracias Madre { West Hollywood }

Gracias Madre - Meaning "Thanks Mom" in Spanish serves vegan Mexican food. I'm not a Vegan but I love Mexican food! They definitely know how to turn farm fresh veggies into a delicious Mexican meal. Come for lunch or dinner & be sure to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a green juice, or an Instagram worthy cocktail such as the adult snow cone named "La Quinceanera". Also, the guac here is amazing!

The Penthouse at the Huntley Hotel { Santa Monica }

There's something about this place that I love, maybe it's the amazing views of the ocean, the modern white leather seating, or the delish food and drinks. It's located at the top floor of the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica and perfect for brunch or afternoon drinks & appetizers.

Alfred Tea Room { West Hollywood - Melrose Place }

Cute little pastel pink cafe to get your morning tea or coffee. This place is definitely worth visiting!

 Kate Somerville { West Hollywood - Melrose Place }

While you are in the area, stop by Kate Somerville (Right down the street from Alfred's) for a relaxing facial in the most beautiful cozy atmosphere. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time to secure a spot.

Olive & June { Beverly Hills or Santa Monica }

Clean, chic and slightly pink, this adorable little nail salon is perfect for a quick, yet wonderful mani or pedi.

Sugarfina { At The New Century City Mall)

Beautiful interior, cute packaging and quality candy! Be sure to stop by here after your nail appointment at Olive & June to grab some yummy treats to get a sugar rush before enjoy all of the new shops at the Century City mall!

 I highly recommend visiting at least one of these places next time you are in Los Angeles! If you need more recommendations like these, feel free to reach out by leaving a comment below or reach out to us on Instagram @shopcdahl
