When sending back for store credit please make sure to:
- Email us: email@example.com with your order # and reason for the return within 3 days of delivery date. We will send you the shipping address to return the item to. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Send your product back to us with tracking for proof of shipment. Be sure to include a paper note inside with your order number & contact information including your email.
3. Once we receive your return we will send you a one-time use store credit code to use for another purchase with the amount minus shipping charges. If you would like to exchange your item for another item of equal value please let us know and we will only charge shipping costs.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM(S) & THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER (WRONG ITEM, ETC.) PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING AND WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ITEM.
