SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 1 to 5 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.
Please note that if you purchase an item that is on backorder along with other items, your entire order will be shipped out when the backordered item is in stock. If you would like to have the other item(s) shipped out sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
Free shipping on all USA orders
All orders shipped within California will have sale tax added to the order total.
There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

We hope you love your C Dahl pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer site credit for unworn (non sale) items that are sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
Non returnable - All sale items, earrings, sample sales, custom orders, international orders and wholesale orders and items bought using a promo code are FINAL SALE.
Due to our some of our items being handmade to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. If you accidentally place an order for the wrong item and we have not yet shipped your order, we can provide store credit back to you for another purchase.
To request an exchange for site credit and/or other item(s), email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required condition, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on shopcdahl.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
C Dahl reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
