• DUE TO ALL OF OUR JEWELRY BEING INDIVIDUALLY HANDMADE,  PROCESSING TIME ON ORDERS IS USUALLY 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON STOCK AND AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS ORDERED. 

• PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS ON BACKORDER ALONG WITH OTHER ITEMS, YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WHEN THE BACKORDERED ITEM IS IN STOCK. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE OTHER ITEMS SHIPPED OUT SOONER, PLEASE PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER FOR THOSE ITEMS.  

• AVERAGE DELIVERY TRANSIT TIME FOR STANDARD DOMESTIC ORDERS IS 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS, BUT COULD TAKE LONGER CLOSER TO HOLIDAYS. 

• AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME FOR DOMESTIC PRIORITY IS 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (PER USPS).

• PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE, WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE SHIPPING TIME. A TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIPPING NOTIFICATION WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 1 DAY POST DROP OFF.

• CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ORDER IF THEY ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING TRANSIT. ONCE THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, WE NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL OVER IT. 


• AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IS 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS, BUT COULD TAKE UP TO THREE WEEKS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DEPENDS COMPLETELY ON THE CUSTOMS OF THE COUNTRY WE ARE SHIPPING TO. OCCASIONALLY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES CAN BE SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED IN TRANSIT BY CUSTOMS OFFICIALS UP TO 45 DAYS. (THOUGH THIS IS UNLIKELY, IT MAY OCCUR)

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED BACK TO US BECAUSE YOU DID NOT CLAIM IT OR IT WAS SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES BUT WILL REFUND YOU BACK THE COST OF THE ITEM(S).

ALL SALE ITEMS, EARRINGS, CUSTOM ORDERS, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

FOR FULLPRICED ITEMS - IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY RETURN UNUSED, FULL PRICED, UNWORN, OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT (MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES) WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING. THERE WILL BE A RESTOCKING FEE OF $5.00 WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.  IF CONTACTED AFTER 3 DAYS WE CAN ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT BACK TO YOU.  (EXCLUDING SALE ITEMS, EARRINGS, CUSTOM ORDERS & WHOLESALE ORDERS) PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT info@shopcdahl.com

FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES PLEASE BE SURE TO:

  1. Email us: info@shopcdahl.com with your order # and reason for the return/exchange within 3 days of delivery date. We will send you the shipping address to return the item to. Customer is responsible for shipping costs (we recommend USPS for best rates)
  2. Send your product back to us with tracking for proof of shipment. Be sure to include a paper note inside with your order number, contact name and email.

    3. Once we receive your return we will send you your refund or store credit code to use for another purchase with the amount minus shipping charges. If you would like to exchange your item for another item of equal value please let us know and we will only charge shipping costs. 

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM(S) & THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER (WRONG ITEM, ETC.) PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING AND WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ITEM.

• ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

• A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE US ONLY). ORDERS CAN ONLY BE TRACKED VIA THIS TRACKING NUMBER. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.

• CALIFORNIA ORDERS WILL HAVE SALES TAX ADDED TO THE ORDER TOTAL.

• ALL PRODUCTS ARE DESCRIBED AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE.

• COLORS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN, DUE TO LIGHTING AND INDIVIDUAL SCREEN DISPLAY PROPERTIES.

• MOST ORDERS WILL COME PACKAGED IN A RIBBON WRAPPED C.DAHL BOX READY FOR GIFTING.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOMETHING SPECIAL SUCH AS A HANDWRITTEN NOTE OR GIFT WRAPPING PLEASE EMAIL US PRIOR TO PURCHASING. IF YOU ARE SENDING DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT AS A GIFT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
